Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) is one of the most common causes of digestive disorders.

Digestive disorders are becoming more frequent.  Many people complain about painful bloating, constipation or diarrhea, or food reactions.

Six Mindful Eating Tips:

1. Sit down and relax to eat

2. Avoid eating when stressed

3.  Eat mindfully:  avoid watching TV, reading, driving, or working whilst eating.  Just concentrate on the act of eating

4. Chew food thoroughly and slowly.  If you are a fast eater, be mindful to set your fork down between bites to slow down.  Eating with chopsticks can also help to slow down

5. Avoid drinking fluids excessively with meals

6. Eat until no longer hungry, not until full.
